LA's Administration would like to thank the community, our staff, and especially our students for this morning's weapons detection demonstration at LA. Our students were great as always, and our staff were extremely helpful. The system that was demonstrated this morning is not a system that works best for our school, but we will continue to look for other systems, and we may have further demonstrations in the future. Safety and security are our number one priority at LA, and we look forward to continuing to learn together as a school and community.
